Thankful for: 

A rainy, cool day. 

My power was out this morning, and I was very thankful when it came back on. 

My home. 

Higbee. He did not want me to leave this morning. He blocked the door with his body and gave me very sad eyes. 

I got to go on a field trip with Patty, Anna, and Patty's students. We saw a play of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. It was incredible. I really loved it. 

My family. 

Good friends. 

Time with Matt. 

Tobin is getting really tall, and when he hugs me, he always sways. 

Matt walked Higbee with me tonight because I'm a little nervous about the big bear that's been spotted in our neighborhood. I'm pretty sure it's the same big bear who popped a ball in our yard, tipped over our extremely heavy trash can and spilled trash everyone, and broke my bird feeder. I'd like to see him...just not while I'm out walking Higbee. 

Tomorrow is Friday. I cannot wait for the weekend. 

It's going to rain tomorrow.
