A funny phone call with my dad. I called to wish him a happy birthday thinking it was August 1st. He said well, thank you but it's not today. 

A good day of work. 

Phone calls with my mom, dad, and Patty.

Walking around thrift shops looking at cool things. 

New beautiful dishes. 

A sandwich for dinner. 

A family movie night. 

Popcorn made on the stove.

Thankful for: 

A fun Monday. 

The last pool swim Monday of the summer. 

We had pizza and ice cream sundaes. 

Training with Artemis. 

An easy dinner. 

Tobin had football camp. One of his coaches told Matt that he could have done high school track last year because of how fast he was. He said if he runs track this year, he'll be on the high school team. I love hearing great things about my kids. 

I made a bunch of egg bites for easy breakfasts for Matt and me. 

Ice cream on the couch with a fun show. 

Two weeks left to do a lot of work. It's a lot, but I can do it. 

Matt holds my hand a lot while we drive. His hands always finds mine.

Thankful for: 

Church in the morning with the kids. 

Lunch at home with Addy and Tobin. We had sandwiches. I love a good sandwich. 

We helped my parents move some stuff out of their storage unit. 

A nice drive through the country with my dad. 

Time with Artemis. 

We went to Target to shop for school supplies and new clothes for Addy. 

A long, hot shower while Tobin and Adelyn watched Artemis. 

Time to watch one of my favorite shows in bed. 

A fun day planned for tomorrow. 

Family pizza and game night.

Thankful for: 

A nice morning. Matt and I took Artemis on a long walk with two other dog friends. She got distracted sometimes and wanted to play, but she did well. 

Coming home and relaxing with Matt a bit. 

A hot shower. 

Matt and I went shopping together. It's always fun to go shopping with Matt. It reminds me of when we were first married and went shopping every single night for what we were going to make for dinner.

Steph and Mario came over for dinner. We made homemade personal pan pizzas. They were delicious. 

I made frozen sangria. It was so good. 

We played board games. 

We sat around and talked and laughed for a while. It was good to laugh hard.

A quiet, cozy day on the couch. Working from the couch is very comfortable. 

Addy and Tobin went to the lake with my family. I'm very glad they had a fun day.

My parents bringing Addy and Tobin home. 

Artemis being so happy to see my parents. 

Doing tricks and training with Artemis.

Thankful for: 

Rain. 

A good day at work. It was productive. 

Friends at work. 

Being able to go grocery shopping for the food we need and want. 

Having nice cars with air conditioning to drive around in. 

Coming home to the best family and puppy and home. 

Artemis loves to work and do tricks. Every day, she wants to use her mind. Today, I taught her a new trick: carry. She carries a little basket to Matt. She understood it so quickly. 

An easy dinner. 

Time to watch a fun show that I like. 

Getting stuff done for work. 

Tobin coming to work with me tomorrow. 

A clean kitchen. 

Matt being kind and sweet to me. 

Matt, Addy, and Tobin watched a movie while I watched a show upstairs. 

Tomorrow is Wednesday already. 

Fun things coming up like my dad's birthday, Matt's birthday, River's birthday, and Addy's sweet 16. River's 15th birthday is coming up as well.
