Thankful for: 

A Sunday spent entirely at home. 

Cuddling on the couch and relaxing as a family. 

Cupcakes. 

Chips and queso. 

Blankets. 

A dark living room to watch a movie in. 

Watching The Lord of the Rings for the first time ever with the kids. 

Cleaning up our home together. 

Lots of kisses and hugs and love from Matt today. 

Higbee cuddles. 

Sweaters and socks. 

Crunchy leaves. 

Cool air. 

Talk of Thanksgiving plans starting. 

A fresh, new week starting tomorrow.

     It was a day filled with family, fun, dancing, and lots of love. Thankful for such a fun day with my family.

     Thankful for a lovely day. Thankful for laughter with my family. Thankful for love. Thankful for November 5th. Matt and I celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary today, and 21 years together. God know I needed the gift of Matt. 

     Feeling so thankful for the many undeserved blessings in my life.

Last minute wedding shopping. 

Coming home to the best husband. 

Higbee is feeling better from his surgery. 

I work a half day tomorrow and then we're off for a wedding weekend.

     Thankful for things like cold air and the warm sun. Thankful for hugs and kisses; more than I could ever deserve. Thankful for two people named Adelyn and Tobin. They came out of my womb. I was literally their home for 9 months. But just being around them, just being near them, just to smell them, I'm home. Thankful for Matt. I love his voice, his texts, his smell, his face, his eyes, his hands, his words...he is my home. Our love is richer and deeper and more alive than I ever imagined it could be. It's a blazing, orange, friendly fire on a cool night. Thankful for the way he loves me. I don't deserve even an ounce of him. 

     Feeling thankful now and every day for blessings, for gifts, and for good things. 

The feeling of coming home and being safe and still.
