Thankful for: 

A day called Friday. 

Adelyn got to spend the night with a friend. 

Tobin spent the night at Patty's. 

Matt and I got to have an incredible night alone at home. 

We went out to dinner at Sweet Water. 

It was so, so good to be alone with my husband.

Higbee being cuddly because he was missing Adelyn and Tobin.

A great day at school. I love it good days. 

I got to lead chapel at our school today and I read a story that I wrote. Adelyn drew some pictures to go along with it. 

Texts from Matt. 

A beautiful sky all day. Fall and winter skies are the best and the prettiest. 

Coming home after a long day and seeing our Higbee boy. 

Being able to sit and talk with Adelyn during Tobin's soccer practice. 

Tobin loves playing. I love to watch him play anything. Today, it was watching him play soccer. 

Good words from a friend of mine. 

Lunch with Heidi and Patty. 

Leaves falling. 

It's almost the weekend. 

I can't wait to be home this weekend.

Higbee cuddling in bed with me.

Time to get lots of work for school done.

Time to go shopping with Adelyn. 

A clean kitchen. 

Fresh baked sourdough cut up and stored away for another day.

Texts and calls from Matt. 

A new, fresh week tomorrow. 

Hot tea with honey. And drinking tea with Adelyn. 

Lighting all the candles in the house just for us. I love making our home beautiful and cozy. 

New homes for my sourdough starters. 

Pizza and salad for dinner. 

The feeling of a very long weekend. An actual long weekend coming up next weekend.

Tobin's birthday coming soon.

Thankful for: 

A very rainy day. 

Our warm, dry, cozy home. 

Two loaves of sourdough were baked today. 

We got to watch the new episode of The Rings of Power. 

Time to cuddle on the couch with Matt. 

I get to hug and kiss my children whenever I want to. 

Fat toads jumping around in the rain. 

It's October. I love a fresh, new month. 

Feeding my sourdough. I love taking care of it. I got two new big jars for my starters. I'm excited to get my starters into their new homes. 

I got a lot of work done this morning. I still have more to do, but I'll get it done tomorrow. 

Thankful for the feeling of a long weekend. Thankful for an actual long weekend next weekend. 

Matt is working so hard for our family. I'm so proud and honored to be his wife. 

We get to celebrate Armando's birthday tomorrow. 

New purple shampoo so my hair stays a nice white blond. 

We are waiting to watch the new Hocus Pocus 2 when Matt is home. I'm thankful my kids are kind and patient enough to wait for the whole family to be present.
