The sound of the rain on the roof while I dried my kids off from their bath.

The way the leaves look while they are being rained on.

The most glorious after the storm sunset I've seen in a long while. Sunset color is the best color.

The sweetest puppy sleeping on my feet.

The way my kids laugh at books.

For many hugs and kisses from my babes today.

For my husband.

For a cloudy day.

For a nice breakfast at school this morning.

For coffee.

For drippy nights when it's not quite raining but not quite not raining.

Tomorrow is a brand new day. With brand new chances. And brand new things to conquer.

My mom called to chat this evening.

My dad called to chat this morning.
