Thankful for: 

Fresh Mondays. 

A trip to the library. 

The sound of silence as my kids read books on the way home from the library. 

Getting storybooks to read to my students at school. 

Coming home to the best house in the world.

Day 1,973

Thankful for: 

A day called Sunday. 

A day to stay home all day with my family. 

Time to sleep. 

Time to rest and watch a show. 

Time to clean. 

Hugs and kisses and cuddles from Matt. 

Matt sent me a text of a pretty lake and told me my eyes looked like the water of the lake. 

We had chicken fajitas for dinner. I love fajitas. 

A new week starts tomorrow. I'm not as prepared for it as I'd like to be, but I'm thankful that I took this weekend to truly relax and unwind. I needed to. 

Adelyn and Tobin. I got to cuddle with them yesterday and today, and that makes me happy. 

Higbee all cuddled up on the couch for an afternoon nap.

Thankful for: 

A day called Friday. 

Beautiful weather: warm sun with a cold breeze. 

A fun girls night with my mom, my sister, Adelyn, Sophia, and Odette. 

A little adventure for me and Adelyn: we got a flat tire. 

Armando. He called his friend to come help me. 

Armando's friend. He came to help me. 

Matt asking me to text him when we got home. He was worried about us. 

Helping my grandmother set up a new television. 

Laughing hard with Patty. I love to laugh with my sister. 

Matt, Tobin, Armando, and Casey got to have a boy's night.

Thankful for: 

Texts from Matt. I love him more and more every day. I didn't know it was possible for love to grow so deep and so wide. But our love does keep growing and getting better, and stronger, and richer. 

The feeling of coming home after a long day. 

Being able to make dinner for my family. 

Tomorrow is Friday. 

A fun night planned with the girls tomorrow. 

Matt, Tobin, Armando, and Casey have a fun night planned for the boys tomorrow. 

Lots of hugs, kisses, and cuddles from Matt tonight. 

The feeling of accomplishment this week. 

Higbee was very happy to see me this afternoon. 

Watching the kids walk through the woods, and explore, and have fun. 

Going to bed at a good time with things prepped for tomorrow morning.

Thankful for: 

The end of a long, but good day. 

I'm tried out some new things in my classroom today, and I felt really accomplished. 

The ability to check in on Matt and Higbee during the day. I love to look in on the camera at home and see them relaxing. It makes me feel cozy inside.
