Two walks with Higbee. 

No schedule. 

Chicken fajitas with cabbage, cilantro, black olives, and salsa. 

A phone call with my mom. 

Going to bed early. 

Time to sit around miss my husband. I always know how amazing he is, but when he's gone, I know it all the more. 

Laughing with Adelyn and Tobin. 

Seeing my children happy.

A day to hang out in sweatpants. 

Cold air.

The middle of the week already. 

A good day at school. 

Sweet students. 

Coming home to the best family. 

Walking Higbee as a family. 

Watching Matt, Tobin, and Adelyn play football in the driveway. 

The best roasted vegetables I have ever made and eaten: baby red potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, onions, black olives, and beets. It was delicious. I can't wait to have it for lunch tomorrow. 

The feeling of being able to sleep in bed all night beside the love of my life. 

It's going to be cold tomorrow. I like very cold days.

A good start to a short week. 

Birthdays to celebrate this weekend. 

Cold weather coming back. 

My husband working hard at home to do all of our laundry on his day off. We don't deserve him. 

New sheets, pillowcases, and bedsheets for our bed. We gave our bedroom a facelift with new bedding. 

Time to lay in bed all night. 

Tacos on Tuesday. 

An interesting day: Tuesday, February 22, 2022. It was 2/22/22 today. 

Watching Matt, Adelyn, and Tobin throw the football to each other. 

Listening to my family laugh together. 

Making plans to watch The Desolation of Smaug this weekend. 

Making plans to make cinnamon rolls for dessert during our movie this weekend.

Thankful for: 

The best Monday. 

Matt and I had a day date together. We went to Costco and Wegman's together. 

We got pretty new bedsheets. 

We have lots of nice food for the week. 

An afternoon nap in bed cuddling with Matt. It was very comfy and relaxing. 

Walks with Higbee. 

A short week at school coming up. 

Cinnamon buns for dessert tonight. 

Watching The Hobbit with the kids for the first time. 

The feeling of being done with all my school work and being ready for the week. 

Tea out of tea cups. It just feels so fancy. It's fun to be fancy sometimes. 

Higbee is the sweetest pup ever. I'm so thankful for him. 

Matt. He makes me smile and laugh all day. 

Adelyn. She is pure sunshine and light. 

Tobin. He's like a big bowl of ice cream. 

Our home. It's the best and most comfortable home ever. It's the only place I ever want to be.

A lazy morning. 

Church with my family. 

Donuts for Matt and Tobin. 

Bagels from Panera for lunch. With eggs. Made at home with love. 

The sunlight coming in the windows of our beautiful home. 

Afternoon delight followed by a nap. 

An evening adventure of snow tubing with the best family. 

Seeing the mountains. 

Watching my babies have fun. 

The feeling of being very warm after having been very cold. 

Dinner with family at a burger place.

Burgers, fries, and shakes...an American classic. 

Coming home to the best dog and house in the world. 

The stars are very sparkly tonight.  

Being able to lay in bed next to the love of my life. In our perfect home. With our perfect family. This life is so lovely, and I'm so, so thankful for it.
