Thankful for this lovely life. Thankful for snow days. Thankful for an entire day spent outside. Thankful for my husband and all he does to give us this amazing life. Thankful for Christmas music. Thankful for red wine. For hot dogs cooked over an open fire. For smores. For ice dripping all day. For the sound of my children playing all day in the wild woods. For only one more day until Christmas break. Thankful for the icy, silvery forest this morning. Thankful for homemade chicken soup. For homemade bread. For the cozy, warmth of our home. I want to stay here forever.
