Under 3,000 steps.

Day 1,690

     This day was lovely. It was lazy and wonderful. I slept until 10. I took a nap from 1 to 4. I was in bed for the night by 8. I walked under 3,000 steps today. Some days, it's good for the body to rest. It's good for a person to sleep a lot. It's good for you to lay around and watch Friends and eat pasta and bread. My brain and my body needed a mental health day. And I took it today. Thankful for this lovely day of rest. It was nice to lay around and not think about anything.
