Here is a list of all the lovely things about today.

Day 527

1. There was a beautiful, gentle rain this morning.

2. We had pancakes and sausage for breakfast. And lattes.

3. The sun came out after breakfast, and we went to the beach. It was beautiful.

4. We came home and swam in the pool.

5. After lunch, we sat on the deck and drank beer and listened to music.

6. We swam some more.

7. We had filet mignon, twice baked potatoes, salad, and onion rings for dinner.

8. We had apple pie for dessert. Warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream.

9. Matt and I went for a walk on the beach after the kids went to bed. We brought flashlights and                      searched for crabs. Then we climbed up into the lifeguard chair and made out a little.

10. Now, I'm drinking some sangria. And blogging. And everyone else is watching a movie.

     Thankful for lovely days like today. Filled with nothing but fun, family, and all things good.
