Day 719
This was the best day ever. We slept in late while the kids watched a Christmas show. We had breakfast at 10. We stayed in our pajamas all day long. We watched movies. We played. We ate good food. We napped. We didn't go out of the house at all today except to take Roxy out. This day was like vacation. Like therapy. It was lovely and lazy. And we all needed it. We had a visitor in the early afternoon. Uncle Mario came to visit because he was in the area. The kids always love to see their uncle. They keep him busy the whole time he's here. That was our day. One visitor and the rest of it we spent like slugs. Moving slow. Being lazy. It was the best.
Thankful for a visit from Mario. Thankful for the laziest of lazy days spent at home with my loves. It was needed and well deserved.
